Ward is a big part but I mean gods be damned the puck sticks to them like glue when they play us, it's like they have some magnetic pull on the puck - Rayven

WHY CAN'T WE BEAT THESE (frank)ING HURRICANES

Actually it's more like every player is willing to take the hit to make the play, and has the quickness in tight to beat the Bruins to loose pucks.

As evidenced by the 22-8 shots on goal in the first period and the 47 saves by Ward over all.
That doesn't seem to help you guys against other teams, and we've beaten much better teams than you guys, just have our number lately I guess. It's damn frustrating when we trying to catch those damn Rangers.

Its not surprising. The Canucks never get out of bed to play against bottom dwellers. Some teams just think they can jog their way to a victory against lower ranked teams.
Not uncommon, Just a mindset that screws the better teams.
Although a good team should be able to put that kinda crap behind them

Love this song, Love the doors. Saw the Doors of the Twenty First Century a few years ago in VanCity. Ian Astbury of the Cult was singing lead. Great job. You would have sworn Jim was on the stage................That is all...
Even the best teams have a bogey team and the Bruins won't need to worry about these guys in the playoffs. Chicago got beat 9-2 and 8-4 in the last 2 games v Edmonton. The Canucks always seem to go to shootouts against Columbus. Hockey is weird sometimes.

We got Warded 3x this year, just has our number. Much like Theodore. Its so weird, props to the Canes for finishing their opportunities, they work hard, but every break they get goes into the B's net and the B's get forked at every chance.
I think they get frustrated too easily against this team (ie Marchand & Lucic) and that certainly feeds into it, but the hockey gods certainly favour the Canes in this matchup. Oh well ... the way it goes.

The B's got a ton of shots, but as far as actual scoring chances went, Carolina had the edge for most of the game.
Wardo didn't give off many rebounds, and when he did, the D was there to mop them up.
Canes are 5-2-2 in their last 9... Not outstanding, but this is a very different team than the one that started the season.

That first goal was all chara, but when you dont score,... doesnt matter who makes the defensive mistakes.
That first period did not feel like 22 shots.
I'm trying to enjoy this Bruins/Pens game but my god is your announcer brutal. Has he ever called a partial game in his life? I think if Lucic pulled out a gun and shot Fleury straight in the face, he'd find a way to take the Bruins side "We as Americans have a right to bear arms"
